History: Reclamation District No. 1600 (RD 1600), also known as the Mull District, was formed in the 40th Session of the California State Legislature on May 26, 1913, effective on August 10, 1913, pursuant to Chapter 195 of the Statutes of California of 1913, Sections 1-3 (Stats. 1913, p. 338) and is now governed pursuant to California Water Code Division 15, Sections 50000 et seq. RD 1600 provides flood protection, levee maintenance, drainage, and related services within its approximately 6,924-acre service area in Yolo County
